More details about Headline of the week:

Thanks to IT security data by Tetra Defense they found out, the industry most at risk from cyberattacks in the first quarter of 2022 was - by a significant margin – healthcare sector.

What's particularly frightening about this is that 82 percent of security incidents were due to known vulnerabilities, either on the victim's network (57 percent) or through a remote desktop protocol (25 percent).

Futhermore they found out that the human factor is relevant: 18 percent of security incidents can be traced to individual employees. In more than half of these cases, the employee opened an infected document, for example from a spam email.

More details on NIS 2.0 can be found in Gregs article in Security Insider.
