Summary of the t3n article: A current study revealed that the skills shortage in the cybersecurity field is threating the cybersecurity of 85 percent of German companies. But it’s not only a lack of people coming in but also about attrition. About 30 percent of all cybersecurity experts stated that they consider leaving their current job. That’s why we conduct career and training paths for the new colleagues BEFORE they even enter the company.
